The ZJ series concrete pump adopts domestic and overseas advanced technology. Pump uses theoutstanding water power model Design, the efficiency is high, the performance is good. The double pump housing structure, makes the installation and Maintenance convenient. This product conforms to JB/T8096-1998 “Centrifugal Slurry Pump” standard. 

Features
1. The frame plates for heavy pumps have wear-resistant metal liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal .
2. Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure,adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, they can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
3. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
4. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any 8 positions to suit installations and applications.
5. There are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, frequency conversion drive devices.
6. Wide performance, good NPSH and high efficiency. The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

1.The pump is cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal dredge slurry pumps. They are designed for handing abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc. The pumps of this type also may be installed in multistage series.
2. According the different woking conditions, the wearing parts for type H pumps are interchangeable, hard metal or pressure molded elastomeric liners.  
3. Its key parts are made of anti-wear and anti-corrosive materials. It has many advantages, such as, long service life, smooth running, leakage-free and easy maintenance.
4. The pumps are used to pump high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended CHINAMFG particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones and etc. in the industries of metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building material and etc. The temperature of the pumped solid-liquid mixture should be ≤80oC, and the weight concentration should be ≤60.
